What is GlowScan?

GlowScan is a wellness app that analyzes face photos using AI and shows skin-related scores, trends, and skincare tips. It is not a medical device and does not replace a dermatologist or doctor.

Common issues

Analysis fails or is slow

• Check Wi‑Fi or cellular data.
• Try again in a few minutes if the service is busy.
• Use even lighting and keep your face centered in the frame.

Camera does not work

• On iPhone: Settings → GlowScan and enable Camera.

Subscription or billing

• Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store).
• To manage or cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
